“I was discharged within 24 hours, my baby was extremely unsettled and my nipples were very damaged - and because I was discharged on a Saturday no one was able to come and help me until the Monday. I had no choice but to feed my hungry baby formula”

— Sarah Bailey

Trusted advice

New parents are constantly being given advice and a lot of it is out of date or just wrong. HelpMe Feed is medically endorsed and constantly updated so you know you are always getting the latest and best practice information.

Customized

Working with your health professional every program is fully customized, you only see the videos that are relevant to you in your breastfeeding journey.

Visual

Breastfeeding is a learned behaviour. Learning how to breastfeed from reading an article or looking at photos is challenging. HelpMe Feed uses real mothers to create detailed videos on every aspect of breastfeeding.

Support when you need it

Breastfeeding is hard and it doesn't come easily to many moms. HelpMe Feed provides 24 hour support so no matter what the time of night you can always reach out and find a trusted person to talk to.

Meet a few of our coaches

Carey I believe if you get the breastfeeding piece right so many other things fall into place. Health and well-being of the mother and child depend so much on feeding, as does bonding between mother and child. The time is right for getting the word out to mothers about breastfeeding through innovation. This is how new moms get most of their information.

Jan After specialising in paediatric nursing, which I loved because kids are so true and honest, I was determined to become a midwife. I soon discovered that the process of breastfeeding and lactation is much more complex than what was taught in both nursing and midwifery, and I found myself drawn to learn more about it.

Randee    I am a proud parent of three adult children, two daughters (now married to two wonderful son-in-laws) and a son; and now a joyful grandparent to a 13-month old grandson! Professionally, I first started practicing as a paediatric nurse, then became a hospital administrator and then later a healthcare consultant.
